Items not covered by the package

• Cost of medicine, medical supplies, laboratory tests, or expenses incurred before and after receiving surgery
• Expenses if additional equipment is required from the package or there are complications (if any)
• Expenses related to the patient’s underlying disease and expenses other than surgery
• Inpatient room fees. The hospital is pleased to provide a 10% discount on patient room fees in the event that you wish to stay in the hospital for treatment.
• Other doctor consultation fees (if any)

• In case of wanting to use special lenses other than the lenses specified in the package, there is an additional charge from the package price according to the type of lens.
• You can use life insurance for surgery according to the insurance conditions.
